Sheila Sinton MBE

Sheila Sinton MBE

Mother of the late Eddie Sinton.
I have always been a big fan of racing since watching my first race as a teenager.
I joined The North Armagh Motorcycle and Car Club in 1980 when Eddie started to race at motocross events. Being rather concerned about the amount of people falling off I promptly did a first aid course and joined The St. John Ambulance!
I have now been a member of The St John Ambulance for 31 years and was awarded an MBE in 2002 for my services.

I remain  a big advocate of racing and am still very much involved. I am currently The Chairperson of North Armagh Motor Cycle and Car Club and Race Secretary for The Tandragee 100.

Dedicating the work with The Injured Riders Welfare Fund to Eddie’s memory.
